The assessor came down this morning and is reassessing our place. Of course the devalue of it will be temporary but will save us a few dollars in the meantime. And then the city has a revitalization program that will save us a few more dollars for 3 years but that will be after the renovation is complete. So we are learning the ropes and saving some future money.
