Worth pondering

"In times of great stress or adversity, it's always best to keep busy, to plow your anger and your energy into something positive." —Lee Iacocca

I have found this to be true. For those that know me finding out my first instinct when presented with stress is to go for a walk will not be surprised. A friend from the past always started cleaning house very vigorously. Action is always a good antidote for stress. The mind has trouble focusing on two tasks at the same time contrary to the multitasking theory.
In our favor, we are probably the least stressed people on the planet, we retired folk who come south for the winter. Smileycons!
