The Heart Doctor!!
The big day arrived yesterday, and I have been busy with routine tasks to prepare for tomorrow, when we have an appointment for Butch to get "shocked". He has been in AFIB, and that is one way to get the heart back in rhythm. Tomorrow, our Missouri kids are here for a visit and will be taking us to Ames for the procedure, which is scheduled to take place at 8:30 AM. To have that happen at 8:30AM, we have to leave Jefferson at 6:00am to make the deadline for the prep part of things. Whatever it takes, we will do!
Butch has been slowly getting better after the scope and the healing of the ulcer, along with the learning of the ins and outs of the pesky CPAP. We are ready for the next step now followed by getting ready for the fall trip to Texas. All things happen at the right time!
