Walnut snowball cookies.
Very easy to make.
3.7 carbs per cookies.
2 cups almond flour
2 tablespoons of coconut flour
3/4 cup monk fruit sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 eggs or 1 extra-large egg
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
Roll in small balls lay on a cookie sheet
Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes
Roll them in a small amount of Swerve confectionary sugar.
