3 days of walking and...

Butch and I are establishing our walking routine. Due to laziness, cold and wet weather etc., we had fallen off our 2 miles a day, walk. I can sure tell I had sloughed off. I look forward to walking pain-free again. The pain hasn't been unbearable. Just enough to let me know I need to keep going till it feels effortless again.
