So I have not been walking since we landed back in Iowa. And I have really missed it. Cold weather, rain, and wind have been a few of my excuses. So today I said to Butch let's pretend like it is winter, dress for it and actually go for a walk. One of the things I have always admired about my guy is that he is usually willing to go along with my crazy ideas. Crazy, huh? So we bundled up and ended up walking to the other side of town and visiting with our friends Jerilynn and Pete and returning home with a stop at Hy-Vee on the way home. Total was close to 2 miles.
Tomorrow we will be checking out an auction and Karla will be coming over for it too. Should be fun as it has been quite a while since we were at an auction.
